Our founder Barbara Nowak-Rowe is also Director of Smart Leaders. She is a high achieving and dynamic leader who divides her time between work, family, friends, charity and various initiatives. Barbara is passionate about leadership and is striving to help women to achieve their personal best.

Her passion for leadership led to her starting LinkedIn group Smart Leaders Network (Leadership, Education and Development for Leaders, Executives and Directors) which also resulted in establishment of smart leaders network website  www.smartleadersnetwork.com. The philosophy is to connect global C Level Executive leaders and to have a forum to discuss various aspects of leadership. Needless to say this group (established in March 2010) is growing strongly and a number of its members passed their comments:
